Access to and/or use of the platform password-protected and/or secure areas is reserved exclusively for customers with an account. You may not attempt to gain or obtain unauthorized access to such parts or other proprietary information of this Platform and/or Services through any means that we do not intentionally make available for a particular use.
Your use of the Site constitutes your consent/acceptance of the Terms. By accepting the Terms, you certify that you are either 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18: you must obtain parental or guardian consent to these Terms of Use and accept responsibility for your actions. Fees related to your use of the Services or the purchase of products, and your acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use. You must stop using/accessing this platform without the consent of your parent or guardian.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Definitions & Interpretation
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions and provisions in respect of interpretation set out in Schedule 1 will apply to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
2. Purchase of Products
i. CONFORMITY: You agree to comply with all policies, notices, operational rules, and instructions related to the purchase of the Product through the Platform, as well as the above changes issued by FEPY from time to time. FEPY reserves the right to revise these policies, notices, operational rules, policies, and instructions at any time. The above changes are deemed to be recognized and bound by posting to the Platform.
ii. BILLING & REGISTRATION: Your information provided must be complete & accurate. Sending inaccurate, incomplete, or false information violates our Terms of Service. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the requested item, product, and/or service.
iii. Placing your Order: You may place an Order by completing the Order form on the Platform. FEPY will not accept Orders placed in any other manner. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Order.
iv. FEPY reserves the right to refuse and terminate your account if your conduct violates applicable law, or if FEPY determines that these Terms are harmful to FEPY's interests, or for any other reason. There is no limit, but there is a minimum quantity for some items to purchase for each individual, account, household, or order, set in our sole discretion, and reject or cancel the order. These restrictions may apply to the same account, credit card, billing address, and shipping address.
v. All orders submitted through the Platform are considered irrevocable and unconditional. FEPY has the right to process such orders without further consent and further reference or notice to you. Have (not obligatory). You can request cancellations or changes to your order and FEPY will respond with commercially reasonable efforts. However, notwithstanding the above, FEPY undertakes no obligation to respect any request for cancellation or modification of an order.
vi. You can choose to pick up your order from the FEPY store. The total online price for your items will be the price shown at the time you start the checkout process. You understand that the online price may be differ from the in-store prices for the same item and will be exclusive of store-specific sales, discounts, rebates, or other markdowns available for in-store purchases.
vii. If you purchase any of the products or services listed on this site, you will be asked to provide certain information related to your purchase, including but not limited to credit cards and other information. Your account provides you with a place to store your information and allows you to make future purchases without having to re-enter your information. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you, the user of your account and your credit card (or any other applicable payment mechanism) at the charges in effect when such charges are incurred. You are also responsible for paying the applicable VAT associated with your purchase. The VAT amount displayed at checkout is approximate and may be updated when the card is charged according to the billing policy.
viii. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
