Cancellation & Returns
For the benefit of our buyers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each item along, with their high-resolution images. This takes a whole lot of effort to compile. Please select the right product per your requirement, as, unfortunately, we do not accept returns. In the event of any manufacturing defect brought to our notice within 3 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement product at the earliest. We will need you to send back the product in its Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc., that came with the pack (if any). Timelines of which will be informed to you at the time of generating a Return Request.
A return request can be generated from your Account dashboard on Login. Although we take the necessary steps to ensure the correct product is delivered to you, if a wrong product is delivered to you, please raise a Return Request from your login dashboard within 3 days from delivery. We will arrange to replace it with the correct product.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Warranty Issues
If your purchase malfunctions under the Warranty (Warranty period explicitly specified), please email us at [email protected] with images and a description of the problem, and our team will assist you with a replacement. Please note that the prerogative to replace the product is ours. We are always available to assist our valued clients.
