Place the respirator over your nose and mouth, cup the nose clip to fit your nose, and pull the headbands behind your ears to secure it. Gently press along the edges to ensure a snug seal; perform a fit check by inhaling and exhaling to verify there are no air leaks.

Store each respirator in its individual packaging until use to maintain hygiene. Do not reuse disposable respirators; replace them when they become damaged, soiled, or after the recommended usage period.
