Astral Bondtite Super Strength Epoxy Adhesive 180g Two Part Set is a high strength, two component epoxy adhesive system mixed 1:1 by volume. It sets in 8 hours and reaches full bond strength after 24 hours clamping, giving a long working time to position heavy or precise parts. It bonds metals, ceramics, wood, leather, rubber, marble, granite and glass and resists heat up to 90°C.

How to Use

Make sure the surfaces are clean, dry and free of oil, wax and paint; roughen smooth surfaces with emery cloth and wash glass or ceramic with soap and water, then dry. Pre-fit the parts. Squeeze out equal volumes of Part A and Part B, mix thoroughly for one minute and apply. Clamp the parts for 24 hours. Close the containers immediately after use and store at 2 to 40°C.

Applications

Fixing marble and granite in kitchens, bathrooms and window frames, staircase mouldings and woodworking, wall cladding with engineered or sintered marble, and metal bonding in automotive and fabrication work.
