The application involves mixing the two components (liquid and powder) without adding water. The mixture should be applied in two coats with a recommended thickness of 1 mm per coat. A moist curing method is suggested for optimal results.

The coverage area varies based on substrate quality but generally ranges from 0.6 to 0.75 m² per kg at a thickness of 1 mm when applied in two coats.

After application, it should be air-cured for 3-5 days. During this time, a moist hessian cloth can be used to protect it from direct sunlight. It should not be subjected to water flooding or ponding tests until fully cured.

Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K is CFTRI certified, indicating that it is safe for use in potable water tanks. This certification ensures that the product meets health and safety standards for drinking water applications.

Users should avoid part mixing the components and diluting the mixture. It is essential to protect the membrane with a screed in high-traffic areas and to ensure proper surface preparation before application.
