ألواح الجبس جيبروك (Saint-Gobain) الكاتمة للصوت قياس (1200X2400MM) سماكة (12.5MM)

Dimensions & Weight: The standard size is 1200mm (width) and 2400mm (length), with a nominal thickness of 12.5mm. The weight is approximately 33.20kg, making it relatively lightweight for construction.

Applications: Gyproc SoundBloc is ideal for drywall partitions, false ceilings, and other applications where sound insulation is critical. It is commonly used in environments like cinemas, recording studios, and conference rooms.

Acoustic Performance: It offers excellent soundproofing with a sound transmission class (STC) rating of up to 70 dB, making it highly effective at reducing noise transmission between spaces.

Thermal Properties: The thermal conductivity is 0.25 W/mK, with thermal resistance values of 0.05 m²K/W for the 12.5mm board and 0.06 m²K/W for the 15mm board, providing good thermal insulation alongside its acoustic performance.

Edge Types: Gyproc SoundBloc is available with tapered edges only, facilitating better jointing and finishing during installation, ensuring a smooth surface for plastering and decoration.

Installation: Installation should follow health and safety guidelines, with care to avoid damage. Use suitable jointing materials and techniques for optimal performance.

Decoration: Once joint treatment has dried, Gyproc SoundBloc can be decorated using standard painting techniques. It's recommended to minimize delays between finishing joints and applying final decoration to achieve a smooth finish.
