We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for orders below AED 5,000. Verified business accounts with trade history can apply for Net-30 or Net-60 credit terms through their dedicated sales rep.
Yes — we deliver to active sites across all 7 emirates. When you save a site address, you can specify delivery hours, access requirements, and a site contact. For restricted-access sites (gated communities, airport zones), let us know in advance so we can arrange permits.
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos, mention the order number, and we'll arrange a free pickup + replacement or refund. Our drivers also capture proof-of-delivery photos at handover, which simplifies any disputes.
