Big Joint Tape utilizes a high tack contractor-grade hot melt adhesive that provides instant and secure attachment. This adhesive is designed to be strong and flexible, ensuring that the tape adheres effectively to various surfaces.

Big Joint Tape comes in a roll measuring 60mm wide and 40m long, with a total thickness of 0.18mm. It has an adhesion strength of 51N/100mm and a tensile strength of 823N/100mm, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications.

To apply Big Joint Tape, peel back the edge and unroll it over the butt joints and long joints. Firm pressure should be applied while smoothing down the tape to ensure proper adhesion.

Big Joint Tape should be stored in a cool, dry place at room temperature between 15° to 25° Celsius (59° to 77° Fahrenheit) with a maximum humidity of 65%. Avoid direct sunlight exposure to maintain its integrity.

It is advised not to apply Big Joint Tape directly to finished surfaces as it may affect some finishes. A sample test on curing floors is recommended before full application to ensure compatibility.
