APPLICATION DATA

Applying the product with a roller is advised.

Spray: Use either conventional or airless spray.

It is advised to use a brush to paint corners and edges.

Cleaning of painting tools: Water.

TECHNICAL DATA

Typical recommended range:

Dry film thickness 40 - 60 µm.

Wet film thickness 125 - 175 µm.

Theoretical spreading rate 8 - 6 m²/l.

Thinner: Water

Dilution: Maximum 10 %.

CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION

The substrate's temperature should be at least 10 °C and 3 °C above the air's dew point, as measured close to the substrate. In small spaces, adequate airflow is typically needed to ensure proper drying.

DRYING PERIODS

1. The advice given is to repaint using the same type of general paint.

If more than one coat is applied, the number, order, and total thickness of the prior applications applied will all affect drying timeframes.

Prior to applying the next layer, the surface needs to be dry and clear of any contaminants.

The drying time is measured by stated values:

Relative Humidity (RH) 50 %

Substrate temperature 10 °C 23 °C 40 °C.

Surface (touch) dry: 6 h 3 h 1 h.

Hard dry: 12 h 6 h 2h.

Dry to over coat, minimum: 6 h 4 h 2 h.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The substrate must be sound, spotless, dry, and devoid of dust, laitance, oil, and other contaminants. Form release agents and curing agents must be completely eliminated. Before application, a little sanding with the appropriate abrasive material is advised. Any resulting dust or loose debris must be taken out.

PVA Primer: 1

Technical Data.

Filler: Stucco 2 Coats.

Topcoat: Durosan Interior Matt 2 Coats.

The Product storage must follow all applicable national regulations. Keep the containers away from sources of heat and ignite in a dry, cold, well-ventilated area. Containers must always be kept shut. Handle carefully.
