KDK Industrial Ventilation Fan 12" High Pressure Metal 1265 CFM 230V Without Shutter 30GSE

KDK Industrial Ventilation Fan 12" High Pressure Metal 1265 CFM 230V Without Shutter 30GSE

The KDK 30GSE is a 12 inch industrial ventilation fan from the High Pressure Series, built to move large volumes of air even when connected to ducting or working against wind pressure. It delivers 2,150 m3/h (1,265 CFM) on a 220 to 240V 50Hz single phase supply, using 92W at 230V with a noise level of 49 dB(A). A wave shaped, S-section blade inside a bell mouth gives strong airflow with low noise and power use, and the powder coated metal body resists rust in demanding sites.

• High Pressure Series: newly developed fan and original bell mouth construction run against high static pressure with low power consumption

• Wave shaped blade with a 3-dimensional S-shaped cross section, developed with hydrodynamic analysis, for smooth, turbulence free airflow and low noise

• Pressure is spread evenly over the blade surface for high durability in continuous duty

• Special polyester resin and powder coated metal body for a highly rust resistant finish

• High performance single phase motor with thermal cut-off

• Reversible airflow, exhaust or intake, by adjusting the wiring and blade

• Installs horizontally or vertically; ambient temperature range -10 to +40°C

• Supplied without shutter; matching KDK shutter available as an option

How to Use

Mount the fan in a wall opening or on a frame sized for the fan, fixing it through the four mounting holes with bolts suitable for the wall or steel structure. Have a qualified electrician connect it to a single phase 220 to 240V 50Hz supply through a switch and isolator; for intake instead of exhaust, have the wiring and blade reversed as per the KDK instructions. Fit a guard or the optional KDK shutter where the opening is within reach or exposed to wind and rain. Isolate the power before cleaning the blade and frame, and inspect fixings periodically.

Applications

Large air change and fume, heat and smoke extraction in factories, warehouses, workshops, garages, commercial kitchens, shops, plant rooms, car parks and farms, including installations connected to ducting where the static pressure is relatively high.
