Ultracolor Plus should be mixed in a ratio of 100 parts grout to 21-23 parts water, achieving a fluid paste consistency. The mixture can be applied with a rubber trowel and has a pot life of 20-25 minutes at standard conditions.

The grout sets for light foot traffic in about 3 hours and is fully usable after 24 hours. For applications in basins or swimming pools, it may take up to 48 hours.

Ultracolor Plus is suitable for high-traffic areas, including airports and shopping centres, due to its durability, resistance to wear, and ability to prevent efflorescence.

It is available in up to 40 colours, allowing for a wide variety of design options to match different aesthetics.

The product should be stored in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months for 23 kg bags and up to 24 months for smaller packaging sizes (2 kg and 5 kg), provided they remain unopened.
