Water flow is activated by either the flag handle or the foot treadle and is maintained by a 1/2 inch stainless steel stay-open ball valve, which stays open during rinsing until you return it to the closed position for thorough flushing.

The unit uses GI construction with a durable ABS plastic bowl and galvanized steel piping. The yellow polyethylene covers protect the piping, and the valve/spray-head assembly is factory assembled for easier installation and maintenance.

The E100 has a 1/2" NPT male inlet and a 1-1/4" NPT female outlet. It supports a working pressure of 0.2–0.8 MPa and a maximum static pressure of 0.9 MPa.

The unit includes two spray heads. Each head has a dust cover, an internal flow control mechanism, and a filter to help remove impurities from the water flow.

The E100 is a free-standing, pedestal-mounted eye washer. The valve and spray-head assembly are factory assembled, and the galvanized piping is equipped with protective yellow covers for corrosion resistance, making installation straightforward in standard plumbing setups.

In an emergency, activate the rinsing flow using either the flag handle or the foot treadle. The stay-open ball valve keeps the flow running until you manually return it to the closed position, ensuring adequate rinsing of the eyes and face.

Periodically inspect and clean the spray heads and dust covers, check the internal flow control and filters for debris, and verify the valve operation remains smooth. The factory-assembled components simplify routine maintenance.

Ideal for industrial and laboratory environments where immediate eye/face rinsing may be required, including manufacturing facilities, chemical plants, and workplaces with potential exposure to eye irritants or contaminants.
