This emulsion is suitable for a variety of surfaces including concrete, plaster, brickwork, masonry, gypsum board, asbestos, and wood. It is ideal for decorative applications in residential and commercial buildings.

At 30°C, the emulsion is touch dry within 1 hour and can be recoated after 2 to 4 hours. Full drying takes approximately 24 hours, although actual times may vary depending on environmental conditions.

The emulsion can be applied using a roller, brush, or spray. For spray application, a pressure of 2000-2500 psi with a nozzle size of 0.018” - 0.021” is recommended.

The theoretical spreading rate of the National Eggshell Anti-Fungal Emulsion is between 9 to 11 square meters per litre, depending on the surface texture and application method.

Surfaces must be clean, sound, and free from oil, grease, dust, and loose particles before applying the emulsion. Proper surface preparation ensures better adhesion and finish quality.

Users should wear protective gear such as gloves, goggles, and masks to avoid skin and eye contact. It’s also important to work in well-ventilated areas to minimize inhalation of vapors.

The shelf life of the National Eggshell Anti-Fungal Emulsion is approximately 18 months when stored in its original sealed container under proper conditions at 30°C.
