- Asian Paints Berger SmartCare Akrylmax Acrylic Sealant, 450g Grey, is a one-part, water-based acrylic sealant designed for interior gap filling and low-movement joints in UAE buildings. It is ideal for sealing gaps between walls and ceilings, door and window frames, skirtings, gypsum boards and other interior junctions where moderate movement is expected and a paintable seal is required. The grey colour works well with cementitious backgrounds and can be overpainted with most water-based paints after curing. Akrylmax offers good adhesion to porous substrates such as plaster, concrete, brick and wood without the strong odour associated with solvent-based products. Once cured, it forms a flexible, crack-resistant seal suitable for interior applications not subject to constant water immersion. The 450g cartridge is compatible with standard caulking guns and allows controlled bead application along internal joints.
