Surface Preparation
The performance of Berger paints coating is directly impacted by the degree of surface preparation. • Do ensure that the surface is dry, dust and gravel free before applying Berger Paint.
- Ensure that the surface is free from laitance.
- You can remove laitance by using a wire brush or sweep blast.
Application Details
- Assure good ventilation is in the room during the application and drying of the Berger Paint.
- Surface temperature should be 3°C or more above the dew point.
- Stir the paint thoroughly during and before use. Use a broad flat stirrer and an upward-lifting motion to stir the Emulsion paint.
- Do not apply when moisture and humidity exceed 85% and condensation can happen.
