1.Asian Paints Berger SmartCare UnyverSeal Neutral Silicone Sealant is an acrylic based one-component sealant for doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, baths, bathrooms and other fixtures. The translucent sealant has excellent weatherproofing, anti-aging and UV resistance, making it perfect for outdoor applications.
2.It helps to prevent water ingress and has excellent adhesion to glass, ceramic, painted surfaces, metal, wood, and gypsum board. Its neutral curing formulation helps prevent corrosion and does not release hazardous gasses, making it ideal for interior applications.
3.The sealant is easy to apply and is ready for use soon after application. It is also fast curing and flexible enough to absorb small movements due to changes in temperature and other factors. It has an excellent colour stability, making it perfect for various finishes.
4.This solvent-free sealant has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. It is certified safe for human contact and has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production. The 280 ML cartridge can easily cover up to 25 meters of the surface.
