Surface Preparation

The performance of Royale Play Bariq coating is directly connected with the level of surface readiness

• Make sure the surface is free from all pollutants and perfectly clean and dry.
• The surface area should be cleared from laitance.
• Try and remove the laitance by the clear blast and wire brush. After drying, one layer of Plastaseal Penetrating Sealer can be applied whenever required.

Note: Treat the fungal growth with Bison Fungicidal Solution. You can apply one coat of Plastaseal Penetrating Sealer if required after drying.

Application Details

• Make sure sufficient ventilation during application and drying.
• Avoid applying Royale Play Bariq Acrylic Copolymer when humidity exceeds 85%, and condensation is plausible.
• Surface temperature should be 3°C or higher than the dew point.
• Stir the Berger Royale Play Bariq Acrylic entirely before and during use, utilizing a vertical lifting action with a broad level stirrer.

Applying an even coat with brush and roller to avoid runs and sags. Use a suitable trowel to accomplish wanted results on the wall.

Conventional Spray: Use a standard spray kit. (Advised to verify with Representative).
