- Asian Paints Berger SmartCare Repair FBR, 25Kg, is a fibre-reinforced polymer-modified repair mortar designed for non-structural concrete repairs and patching in UAE residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. It is suitable for repairing spalled concrete, filling surface voids, rebuilding edges and reprofiling sections where enhanced crack control and durability are required but full structural micro concrete is not necessary. The inclusion of fibres and polymers helps reduce shrinkage cracking, improve flexural performance and enhance adhesion to the existing substrate when properly prepared. Supplied as a single-component dry mix, Repair FBR only needs clean water addition on site, offering good workability and finishing characteristics for vertical, horizontal and overhead repairs within recommended thicknesses. The 25Kg pack size is ideal for medium to large repair zones on beams, columns, soffits, parapets and balconies. When used as part of a comprehensive repair and protection system and installed under appropriate supervision, SmartCare Repair FBR supports longer-lasting concrete repairs that can better withstand UAE’s aggressive climatic conditions.
