About this item
Asian Paints Berger Weather coat spray is an acrylic copolymer compound that has exceptional fine quartz aggregates. It is specially designed as a medium texture emulsion for the Berger Luxatile System. The Weathercoat Acrylic is an extraordinary mix that allows the adhesion of subsequent coats. The exterior finish paint is part of an authorized anti-carbonation system, Luxathane/Robbiathane Polyurethane and Weathercoat primer.

Surface Preparation
The implementation of this paint coating is directly linked to how much the surface is prepared.
- Make sure that the exterior of the surface is dry and free from all pollutants.
- The surface must be perfectly free from laitance.
- Before applying the Weather coat Acrylic Spray, first get rid of laitance with the help of a wire brush or sweep blast.
Application Details
- Make sure that adequate ventilation is there during paint application and drying.
- Do not apply the Acrylic Weather Coat Spray when humidity surpasses 85% and condensation is probable.
- The surface temperature should be 3°C or above the dew point.
- Stir the mix with a broad flat stirrer before and during use; try using an upward-lifting movement.
- First, apply one coat of Weathercoat Primer and let it dry overnight. Use a specially designed spray gun; size should be 6-8mm nozzle and diameter 4-5 kg/cm2 (58-72psi)
