Asian Paints Berger WeatherCoat Flex-Tex Ultra, 4L, White, Flexible Exterior Texture Finish

Key Features

• Asian Paints Berger WeatherCoat Flex-Tex Ultra, 4L White, is a flexible, high-build exterior texture coating designed to provide crack-bridging and weather-resistant protection to plastered facades in UAE conditions. The formulation incorporates elastomeric binders and coarse fillers to create a thick, textured layer that can accommodate minor hairline cracks and thermal movement while giving walls a distinctive textured appearance. The White shade offers a bright, clean facade colour that enhances light reflectance and can be left as is or overcoated with compatible exterior emulsion shades. The 4L pack size is suitable for smaller areas, feature walls, columns and trial applications. Applied over properly primed and prepared exterior surfaces using trowels, rollers or texture tools, Flex-Tex Ultra forms a robust coating that helps resist rain, UV and climatic stresses. When part of a full WeatherCoat system and maintained with periodic cleaning and repainting, this product assists in maintaining attractive, crack-resistant exteriors under the heat, dust and humidity typical of the UAE.
