Asian Paints SmartCare UnyverSeal PU, 500ml Beige, is a one-component polyurethane joint sealant designed for flexible, durable sealing of construction and movement joints in floors and walls across UAE projects. The beige shade coordinates well with many concrete, tile and stone finishes, allowing discreet joint lines in car parks, podiums, industrial floors, façades and wet areas where flexibility and adhesion are critical. Once applied from the tin and tooled into the joint according to system instructions, UnyverSeal PU cures to form an elastic, tough seal that accommodates movement from thermal changes, vibration and minor structural movement without cracking or loss of adhesion. Its polyurethane chemistry offers strong adhesion to properly primed concrete, masonry, some metals and certain tiles, making it suitable for perimeter joints, expansion joints and junctions between dissimilar materials. The 500ml pack is convenient for smaller runs, detail work and maintenance sealing.
