Asian Paints SmartCare UnyverSeal PU, 500ml Black, is a high-performance polyurethane joint sealant formulated for flexible sealing of construction and movement joints in a wide range of interior and exterior applications in the UAE. The black colour is suited to joints in asphalt, dark concrete, kerbs, industrial trims and metal interfaces where a dark seal line is preferred. Supplied as a one-component product, it is designed to be applied directly from the tin, then tooled for smooth joint finish. On curing, the sealant forms an elastic, durable seal that accommodates horizontal and vertical joint movement due to thermal expansion, vibration and substrate shifts. It adheres strongly to properly primed concrete, masonry, metals and some tiles, and is suitable for use in car parks, industrial floors, podium decks and façade joints as part of a well-designed jointing system.
