Fosroc NitoTile GP is waterproof, and grey. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use. Hardened material can be removed mechanically.

Fosroc NitoTile GP Grey is a high-quality cementitious adhesive specifically designed for the permanent fixing of ceramic and clay tiles. It is suitable for various applications, including wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms, as well as tile claddings.

This adhesive offers several benefits, including excellent bond strength, good slip resistance, and a waterproof formula. It is also tropical grade, making it suitable for Middle Eastern working conditions.

Before application, ensure that all surfaces are sound and thoroughly clean. Remove any grease, oil, or loose particles, and if using on gypsum boards, apply diluted Nitobond PVA to the surface beforehand.

For a 25 kg bag of NitoTile GP, mix with approximately 6.25 litres of water. Use a slow-speed drill with a mixing paddle to achieve a uniform and lump-free consistency.

The adhesive should be spread to a uniform thickness of 2-3 mm on the substrate. After spreading, comb the adhesive horizontally to ensure proper tile placement.

Joint grouting can commence 24 hours after the tiles have been laid. The open wet time allows for tiling up to 1m² at a time before the adhesive sets.

Users should wear protective clothing, including gloves and eye protection, as the product contains cement powders that can be harmful upon contact with skin or eyes. Avoid inhaling dust during use.

NitoTile GP has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in dry conditions in its original unopened packaging. High humidity or temperature can reduce this shelf life.
