Polytherm AC offers high durability, excellent heat insulation, and low thermal conductivity. It also provides high emittance and reflectance properties, which help in reducing energy costs by minimizing heat loss.

The coating can be applied using a brush, roller, or industrial sprayer. It is recommended to apply at least two coats, ensuring that each coat dries completely before applying the next. The surface must be clean and free from dust or grease prior to application.

For concrete roofs, the coverage is approximately 0.83 litres per square meter to achieve a dry film thickness of 500 microns. For metal roofs, it is about 0.67 litres per square meter for a thickness of 400 microns.

Priming is not required for most surfaces; however, for highly porous surfaces, a primer coat diluted with water (1:1) is recommended to stabilize the surface.

Polytherm AC is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It forms a seamless membrane that not only insulates but also protects against UV rays and harsh chemicals while being washable.

Polytherm AC should be stored in a cool, shaded, and dry place on pallets. It has a shelf life of approximately 12 months when stored properly.

It is advised not to apply Polytherm AC if the relative humidity exceeds 95%, as this could affect the curing process and overall performance of the coating.
