1. Mapei Mapeflex Ms45 113 Grey is a professional quality sealant ideal for both interior and exterior use. It comes in a pack of 12 x 300ml tubes, allowing you to easily use on a range of projects.
2.Mapei Mapeflex sealants are developed specifically to give a quick and easy application which can be used both indoors and outdoors. It’s specially designed to provide a long-lasting, watertight seal and offers excellent adhesion.
3.The Mapei sealant is also extremely flexible and elastic, allowing for movement in the joint due to changes in the temperature, whilst remaining durable and strong. It can be painted over for a completely finished look, and is UV and weather resistant.
4.When applied, the sealant remains permanently elastic, and is easy to clean and maintain if needed. It is also easily removable for replacement should it become necessary.
