1. Mapei Mapeflex PU S25 Grey is a durable sealant and elastic product, designed to form a watertight seal on whatever surface it is applied to.

3. The sealant is created to be extremely hard wearing, making it resistant to impact, extreme temperatures and other wear and tear.
4. The sealant also features unique stain absorption capacities, meaning that it can act as a protective barrier to keep any stain, damp or water away from the surface.
