1. Mapei Mapesil AC N. 137 is a 100% silicone sealant designed for use in a variety of applications. With strong adhesion to many surfaces, it creates a permanent and watertight seal, lasting up to 35 years. Not only is it durable and weatherproof, but it also prevents mold growth and is mildew-resistant.
2. This product is easy to apply, single-component, solvent-free, and can be used in indoor or outdoor areas. It is suitable for most surfaces such as ceramic tiles, marble, granite, glass, metal, and much more. Also included is a tube of primer to ensure proper adhesion.
3. The sealant is easy to clean up, acting like a caulking cord which can be easily removed from the surface with a putty knife. It is paintable and has a glossy finish which can be blended to match the surface’s texture.
4. In addition to the numerous benefits, the sealant is non-staining and non-greasy, meaning it won’t leave behind any unpleasant residue. The convenient tube size also makes it easy to transport and store.
