1.Mapesil LM N.113 is a premium one-component silicone sealant, specially formulated to be used for professional application. It has excellent adhesion to many substrates including glass, porcelain, stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, and with a wide variety of surfaces.
2.Mapesil LM N.113 is an elastic and tenacious sealing, resistant to mold and fungal growths, with a long-lasting life-span and quick and easy to use. It is also paintable and suitable for movement up to 6%.
3.Mapesil LM N.113 is quick drying, with a curing time of around 6 hours and does not need to be applied with a primer, making its installation simple and maintenance low. In addition, it is quite cost-effective, resisting many external agents and ensuring a high quality seal.
4.Mapesil LM N.113 can be used in interior and exterior applications, including hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, commercial shops, around window and door frames, and for sealing between jointing profiles, among other uses.
