Mapestone TFB 60 Sacch. is a cementitious, semi-flowable, self-levelling mortar designed for interior floor smoothing and levelling. It fills gaps and creates level substrates up to 60 mm thick, preparing floors to receive finishing coverings such as screeds, tiles, parquet, and other finishes.

It can be applied to absorbent substrates with up to 10% remaining moisture, including concrete, gypsum, ceramic bases, anhydrite, and other cement-based substrates, as well as substrates prepared for renovation and refurbishment.

You can level substrates up to 60 mm thick using Mapestone TFB 60 Sacch.

The product features a setting time of about 13–14 minutes and requires no residual water after application.

Mix the powder with the recommended water according to the product data sheet, then pour and spread over the prepared substrate using a gauge rake or smoothing trowel to achieve a flat, level surface. Follow the on-pack instructions for mixing and application closely.

Prepare the substrate by cleaning and removing contaminants, ensuring it is sound and uniform. Primers or primers primers may be recommended by Mapei guidelines depending on the substrate type and site conditions.
