Mapei Topcem 20Kg

1. Mapei Topcem is a multi-use cementitious mortar mixing material designed for bonding, grouting, sealing, and restoring surfaces. This 20KG bag of pre-mix cement is ideal for exterior and interior walls and floor tile grouting. It is used as an adhesive mortar in thin-set laying of tiles on wall, cellular concrete blocks, glass, lamellar tiles, and wooden surfaces.

2. Mapei Topcem is suited for constructing strong bases and surfaces for buildings, walls, terraces, and waterproofing against water, damp, and other weathering. It ensures a very strong adhesion and can be applied over all surfaces including pre-coated substrates and primed surfaces.

3. This cementitious material has good deformability, flexibility, and high strength. It is water-resistant, nonflammable, and highly durable. Mapei Topcem is compatible with all types of substrates and does not require priming or pre-wetting of surfaces before application.

4. Mapei Topcem can be applied manually or with a mechanical mixer. It has an open time of approximately 10 minutes and can be applied in temperatures between 40°F to 95°F and with temperatures up to 31°C.
