1. Mapei Topcem Pronto 25KG is a pre-mixed, fast-setting and ultra ready-to-use cementitious building screed developed to obtain a perfectly smooth finish. It has been specifically designed for quick screeding prior to laying floor coverings and ideal as a metalled base for ceramic tiles direct adhesion.
2. Topcem Pronto comprises of cements, graded aggregates, additives and admixtures. It is formulated to give optimized workability and also to ensure maximum compaction. It is free from shrinkage cracks and ready for traffic and flooring within 60 minutes.
3. It can perform in any temperature and works as a flowable self leveling screed when mixed with water. It can be trowelled, raked or floated for achieving a smooth finish. It can be used over underfloor heating system with a combined substrate and screed up to 100mm thick.
4. Topcem Pronto can be used internally on walls and floors in housing, offices, garage and warehouses. It has been designed and tested for the preparation of subfloors, factory and warehouse floors, special applications and special seal coatings.
