1. Mapei Ultracolor Plus 112 4x5 is a premium quality cementitious coloured grout for joints from 1 mm (1/32") to 20 mm (3/4"). This grout is suitable for internal and external use on walls and floors, for grouting all types of ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, marble, and other stone materials.

2. This product is characterized by a very fine composition, excellent workability, and high performance, providing advanced protection against mould and bacterial growth. Ultracolor Plus 112 4x5 contains an anti-stain system and also provides for extended open time for ease of application. Moreover, it also contains Polycolbond technology to limit staining and facilitate cleaning.

3. Mapei Ultracolor Plus 112 4x5 has an excellent colour consistency, and provides great ease of use due to its thixotropic formulation. It is easy to apply, spread, and finish, and it allows easy and fast grouting of all sizes of tile and mosaic, even with highly delicate surfaces.
