1. Mapei Ultraplan Contract is a multi-purpose compound specifically designed for the levelling and smoothing of “true” large and small level substrates in interior or exterior applications. This water-based mixture is an advanced, cement-based self-levelling compound which combines the benefits of high early strength and excellent flow properties.
2. It is ideal for the levelling of substrates prior to the installation of carpets, tiles, vinyl, wood, natural stone and other floor coverings; and is suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
3. The prepared solution is very easily applied, with a homogenised consistency and it sets early and has good adhesion strength. It also has the benefit of good water vapour permeability, which avoids any risk of entrapped moisture or blistering in the final layer.
4. Mapei Ultraplan Contract's favourable early strength of 4-6 hours allows for a fast turnaround time for the floor area, making this compound an ideal choice for busy areas.
