• MAPEI Ultraplan Maxi is utilized in interiors for levelling and smoothing differences in thicknesses from 3 to 40 mm on old and new substrates. Preparing them to receive a wide range of flooring where high resistance from traffic and loads is needed.
• Ultraplan Maxi is specially fit for areas related to wheeled service loads like trolleys and chairs for use with underfloor cooling and heating systems.
• MAPEI Ultraplan Maxi is for interior surfaces only. Its application is used in hotels, hospitals, theatres, theatres, malls, and schools.
• Ultraplan Maxi is a grey coloured powder comprising of special cement with fast hydration and setting along with selected graded silica sand, special additives and resins made ready as per the formula created in the MAPEI Research Laboratories.
• When mixed in with water, Ultraplan Maxi turns into a liquid and easily workable mortar, with amazing self-levelling quality, high bond to the substrate and super fast drying.
• Ultraplan Maxi can be spread with an automatic pressure pump at distances of more than 100 m.
• Ultraplan Maxi is prepared to receive the flooring surface when it has cured: the time required relies upon the thickness of the levelled layer, the encompassing temperature and relative moisture in the air and the absorption of the substrate.
• Evening out underfloor cooling/warming systems prior to applying the subsequent finishes.
• Evening out existing concrete terrazzo, asphalt, natural stones, ceramic and magnesite floors.
• Evening out screeds before laying natural stone tiles, ceramic or resilient floors like linoleum, PVC,
• cork, rubber, textile, wooden flooring and non-wooden flooring.
• Levelling anhydrite substrates.
• Levelling concrete cementitious screeds and slabs for Mapecem, Topcem or Topcem Pronto, Mapecem Pronto based screeds.
