1. Mapei Ultraplan Trade is a fast-drying, self-levelling, cement-based smoothing compound. It is a high performance, ready-to-use smoothing mortar for subfloors to be levelled or renovated. It also knows as a cement-based floor topping or screed.

2. The product is specifically formulated to provide an effective and reliable system for smoothing or levelling surfaces. It is easy to use and workable, and provides a smooth and even surface that is resistant to concrete shrinkage.

3. The product is suitable to use indoors between a range of substrates, including concrete, anhydrite, calcium sulphate, old adhesive residues and smoothing compounds. It can also be used on underfloor heating systems.

4.After the application of Mapei Ultraplan Trade, the floor can be ready for receiving other Mapei materials such as adhesives, smoothing and levelling compounds, epoxy based topping and technical toppings.
