1. Mapei Ultratop Base Coat is a premixed blend of selected cements, organic binders and additives, specifically designed for waterproofing and protecting terraces, balconies, facades, bathrooms and wet floors.
2. The special formulated mix provides a highly durable surface with excellent adhesion and resistance to most atmospheric agents.
3. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and is perfect for concrete surfaces, terraces, balconies drains, bathrooms or kitchen Genuflex surfaces.
4. It sets quickly and is ready to walk on within 24 hours, making it ideal for small jobs and low-traffic areas.
