National Spray Plaster Fine is a ready-mixed internal plaster based on acrylic copolymer binder with special fillers. It is used as a smooth levelling coat over spray plaster coarse or medium and provides an easily sandable, smooth finish. It also contains antifungal and antibacterial additives.

It is ideal for levelling and smoothing internal ceilings or walls before applying finish coat systems. It can also be used as an economical decorative spray texture for ceilings, which can be overcoated with recommended topcoats.

At 30°C, the touch dry time is 45–60 minutes, hard dry time is 24 hours, and it can be overcoated after 6–8 hours. Drying times may vary depending on temperature, humidity, air movement, and film thickness.

National Spray Plaster Fine has a thick, non-flowing viscous paste appearance and a dry film colour of white. It provides a smooth and sandable finish with a specific gravity of 1.65 ± 0.05. The recommended dry film thickness (DFT) is 500–1000 microns per coat, and it has a volume solids content of 58 ± 2%.

It can be applied using a putty knife, scraper, or spray equipment. For smooth finishes, apply up to 500 microns per coat and level evenly. For textured finishes, use a spray gun to achieve up to 1000 microns thickness.

Yes, it is ready to use but can be thinned with water up to 5% if required. Cleaning of tools should also be done with water.

This plaster offers excellent adhesion, smooth levelling properties, ease of sanding, and a white background suitable for topcoats. It does not flake off and contains no chloride admixtures.

Ensure the surface is clean, sound, and free from oil or dust before application. Avoid exceeding recommended thickness as it may cause shrink cracking. Always work in a well-ventilated area and wear protective gear to avoid skin or eye contact.
