Both models feature aluminium hub rubber wheels, with the SXWTC-CPT-20 having 160 mm x 50 mm steering wheels and 70 mm x 60 mm tandem PU rollers. The SXWTC-CPT-25W has larger 200 mm x 50 mm steering wheels and 80 mm x 70 mm tandem PU rollers.

The pallet trucks have a 3 mm thick steel construction with a powder-coated black finish on the pump. The handles are made of steel with a heart-shaped design for easy manoeuvring.
