It is suitable for repairing concrete surfaces, including honeycombing, edges of steps, and load-bearing situations. It also restores and reinforces weakened structures.

It is characterized by its non-shrinking nature, high strength, good resistance to seawater and high-sulfate environments, and thixotropic consistency.

The recommended application thickness is between 5 mm and 50 mm in one coat. For thicknesses exceeding 50 mm, apply in two layers.

The surface must be cleaned of damaged concrete, laitance, and contaminants, and saturated with water before applying the mortar.

Cure the exposed surface by spraying with cool water for three days or using curing compounds.

The pot life after mixing is one hour, depending on temperature and site conditions.

The compressive strength is approximately 20 MPa after one day, 40 MPa after seven days, and 55 MPa after 28 days.

For a 25 kg bag of Weberep 331 TX, mix it with approximately 3.5 to 4 litres of clean water until a smooth paste is achieved. Ensure that the mixture is used within one hour of preparation.

After applying Weberep 331 TX, it should be cured by spraying cool water for three days or using a curing compound. This helps maintain moisture and ensures optimal strength development.
