Saint-Gobain WeberPremix SP11 Ready Mix Plaster, 50Kg, Pre-Blended Sand-Cement Plaster for Internal Walls

The plaster is composed of Portland cement, selected sand, and powder polymers. It has a grain size of 0–2.5 mm, a mixing ratio of 7–9 liters of water per 50 kg bag, and a wet mix life of less than 2 hours at 20°C. It contains no VOC or formaldehyde (<10µg/l).

It can be applied manually with a trowel or using plaster-spraying machines. The recommended thickness is 10–20 mm in one layer. For thicker applications, use two layers with curing between them.

No, it should not be used on painted surfaces, floors, or fair-faced concrete without a rush coat. For lightweight concrete blocks, alternative products like WeberPremix SP-3 FL or SP-33 are recommended.

Ensure the substrate is clean and dampened before application. Protect the newly applied plaster from direct sunlight and wind. Wear protective gear to avoid skin irritation from cement powders.

Approximately 1.6 kg per m² per 1 mm thickness is required for application.

Store it in original unopened packaging under dry conditions away from humidity and extreme temperatures.
